in the pedagogic province - part eight

by norman douglas

i wanted to get this posted on the full moon, but it took me a while to figure out the best codec to use. i still don't know that this is the best, but it's the best i came up with for now.

the full story runs just under an hour. it's really pretty weird and it is all fiction, meaning it is not a true story. this is the eighth and final video file of this story. if you made it this far, i salute you. if you got to this first, go back and start at part one.

the pictures change at regular intervals and are not perfectly synced up with the audio, but all of the words you hear in each section are somewhere on one of the typewritten pages onscreen.

i'll keep working on this story -- this is only the first draft and i made several edits as i was reading, believe it or not.

your comments are encouraged. try to stay on topic, although that's way easier for me to say than it is to abide, as you'll discover.

peace.
